Whatcha doing on Sunday? How ‘bout John Doyle’s 70s, 80s and 90s Groove Class?
This course will take you through excellent hand-picked party tracks from the 70s, 80s and 90s while teaching you some basic dance choreography and foundation hip-hop movement. Each workshop takes you though warm-ups, stretching, easy to follow drills and concludes with a fun group routine. It is a physical work-out that will leave you sweating and burning calories but is specifically designed for beginners and open to students with no formal dance training.
